Anjalec Construction was founded in May 2006 by brothers Simon and David Levasseur. The company first responded to invitations to tender public contracts, in order to prove themselves amongst the thriving general contractors already established. Simon started as Project Manager upon obtaining the first contracts.
Anjalec Construction attained with success his primary goal, to make a name as general contractor amongst the construction industry. After 8 years of existence, the enterprise now has annual revenue of 15 million dollars and has an important list of customers, such as Le Groupe Jean Coutu, Société Transport de Montréal, Université de Montréal, Commission Scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys, Commission Scolaire des Affluents and Commission Scolaire de la Rivière-du-Nord.
We acquired our first project, a renovation of a school gymnasium worth $2.5 M, a Community Center in Mascouche worth $5 M. Afterwards, we presented ourselves to the Groupe Jean Coutu and since then we have renovated over twenty pharmacies. Anjalec Construction is a family business involving a team of fifteen professionals specializing in the assessment, design and project management of construction and renovation, with the LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
Over the years Simon has taken over exclusively the management of Anjalec Construction, while David takes care exclusively of Maçonnerie SDL (masonry contractor). They make a great team and have been since the beginning of their adventure. The brothers strive on new and interesting challenges. The young and dynamic enterprise is fully computerized with the latest updates possible, subscribed with ‘’Corporation des entrepreneurs généraux du Québec’’ and the ‘’Association de la construction du Québec’’.
